Great service and Excellent communication. This was my first interaction with this location, but I was surprised by their knowledge and attention to detail. Service Manager: Lonnie Pope, was on top of everything from the moment my car arrived! Between her and Treff LaPlant everything was taken care of and they even went out of their way to get me 2 new keyfobs because mine was broken (at no extra cost!) It was a great experience all around. I would definitely recommend this location for all your service needs. They really know their FORDS but they are the best at keeping the needs of their customer's firsthand at all times! Thanks again Lonnie and Treff for an amazing job well done.
