Had an issue with the inner air dam on my pickup overextending but it appeared to have corrected itself. Lonnie got me right in for one of the techs to inspect. Concern for me was safety. Lonnie speaks aggressively with customers. She over talks them. She is always back peddling to explain the lie she previously stated. She is consistently changes what she states is "Ford Policy" in regards to courtesy vehicles for repairs but refuses to provide anything in writing.
