Was online looking at the trade in value on my mini van. Sunset called and asked what I was looking for and how they could help me out. So I scheduled an appointment with them. I showed up right as the Sunset called and asked what I was looking for and how they could help me out. So I scheduled an appointment with them. I showed up right as they opened just to see how they would handle a customer who arrived way before their appointment. Shae Washbum greeted me at the door with a smile and asked what he could do for me. Once I told him he went right to work. I was looking to get a brand new explorer but the payment just wasn't working for me. Shae brought me a 2011 explorer xtl to look at. This vehicle was fully loaded. As we went for the test drive he explained all the options and answered every question I had. We agreed on a price but the payment was still a bit higher then I liked. Shae and the group at Sunset did what it took to get the payment where I was comfortable. Needless to say I bought the explorer and love it. The suv only had 17,000 miles and I couldn't have gotten all the options in a new one in the price range I liked. Shae and the group at Sunset will do what they can to make you happy.
