Marie Fisher, sweet sweet lady but really no say in the matter, Mike Freeman, GM is who I was speaking with, tried to play with money factors & residuals on various lease deals to his advantage, Military, 800+, 39 month 2017 Buick Envision Lease Deal, then he was off for 3 days and his 2nd in command G Vizcarra refused to return my phone calls, 6 in total, multiple emails, finally got G on phone 7th call and he wanted to retract on the deal Mike had already promised me. Then Doug Black, Buick Sales Manager wanted to do the same thing, really Doug???? Hey GUYS, Edmunds.com, a Buyers Best Friend, shows exactly what you paid to put the car on your lot, all applicable rebates, sales & lease formulas, Dealer HOLDBACK!!!!!!! Then Mike really wanted to slam me on our current lease vehicle, 2016 Buick Encore, $27K MSRP, 4500 miles, clean, outstanding beautiful condition, 6 months old his lease buyout offer was $16K, when Edmunds & KBB both valued it at $20.6K, Really Mike, LOL!!!!!! Bought Elsewhere last night, very happy with deal & did the Encore Lease buyback without Killing Us!!!!!!!!! More
Worse service ever! First, the one bit of good. The saleswoman Marie was great. Now the rest. Bought a brand new $48,00 2015 Sierra SLT and it started making wh ever! First, the one bit of good. The saleswoman Marie was great. Now the rest. Bought a brand new $48,00 2015 Sierra SLT and it started making whining noise at highway speeds within 2 weeks. I called to schedule service appointment and was told I had to wait over a week to get in. I live an hour away and told them I would have to wait on truck. When I showed up the service advisor said that I would have to leave the truck and that they should've told me that when I scheduled appointment. They told me that they didn't have a loaner vehicle available and I would have to come back in week if I needed loaner. Over 2 hours wasted for nothing! I dropped truck off next week and didn't hear anything for a week. I called and they said they were gonna replace exhaust and were waiting on parts. Another week goes by and of course they don't call, so I call them again. I'm told problem was fixed and they test drove it and noise was gone. I drive hour to pick it up and they bring up truck and it is has no gas and is filthy inside and out. You would think after 2 weeks they had time to clean up there mess. I head home and get on interstate and the whining noise is still there. I go back to dealer and they make me go on test drive to show them problem, again. We return back and they say I have to leave truck again and give me loaner back. 5 hours wasted that day! No call after a week so I call. I'm told they have to replace rear end of truck and parts wouldn't be available for 2 weeks. They then tell me they want me to return loaner and pick up my truck, then bring it back when parts arrive and leave the truck and pick up loaner then drive back again when it's "fixed". It's 2 hour round trip every time I have to go there. More time wasted. Rear end is too bad to fix that they have to replace whole thing yet it's good enough for me to drive? Of course truck is filthy when I pick up, now they have had for 3 weeks. Waiting on rear end to arrive and see if that fixes problem. Will never go back after they finally fix it Worse service ever! More

I seen it coming I went to sunset chevrolet on 2/11/15 and purchased a 2007 toyota camery with 85k miles on it for $ 7,500 good deal huh? Well make a long story short a month latter the car started making noises so I called the sales person who sold me the car and he said bring the car in a week from now so in the middle of that time I was supposed to bring it in the car broke down so I had the car towed in. A cuple days later I still here nothing from the dealership so I shoot them a call and ask what the problem with my car ? They said the who engine need to be replaced! So because I didn't have a warranty I would have to pay the whole thing. So the gm gives me a call and says come get a rental car until your is fixed. I'm in a rental car for a month in a half and still no word on my car so when I started calling everyday that when u started seeing progress . So the day I come and pick up my car I noticed the ac was making knocking noises so the next day I call Nazar the service manager and he say that's normal and u told him it wasn't making that noise until you guys did work on it. So they set up a schedule again for the car to get looked at again and then put me in a rental car once again. So a cuple days latter I picked up my car no noise no nothing a week later the car didn't go pass 40 mph so at that moment I gave up I called santander told them to come get the car and that was it my credit got shot al the way to a 530. so be careful with these people. And now I'm in the process of looking for another car and no one wants to finance me ......... thanks guy's! More

After taking a test drive, I made the decision to upgrade my 2004 Buick with the purchase of a new Lacrosse which is beautiful and is great to drive. Your salesman, Gary Meckler is an excellent salesman and made the purchase of the car a good experience. Gary is very knowledgeable about the new cars and took time to explain all the car features. We interfaced with Todd in service and he was very helpful. All in all, buying this car was the best experience we have had a car dealership. I went to try to purchase a used car on 10/17/13. Kent was excellent with his customer service, but the Finance person was kind of questionable and I had a funny feeling in the pit of stomach. I left the dealership and the Finance person comes running behind me. He tried hard to talk me into coming back and making a deal. First they were going to finance me through Capital one and my payments were higher than expected. When I told the finance person what I expected my payments to be, he stated that I was purchasing the wrong car. To make a long story short. Today, 10/21/2013, I drove into Bradenton and received a better deal on a Honda Civic. While there, I found out the finance person/banks at Sunset accessed my credit report nine times. I do not know what they he or the banks were thinking, but if you cannot finance a customer, please let them know right away. Due to the way my credit was mistreated, I would not go there again . A persons credit does not need to be accessed nine times. Sunset should have another finance person. More
