The only complaint is every time I go to a scheduled appointment I ask how long it will take and I am almost always quoted between an hour and hour and 15 minutes and it's more like 2 hours. This isn't Pat's problem but does it really take that long to get oil changed when many other places are offering 15-30 minutes? More
