Excellent and smooth experience The dealership is close to my home. It's about 6 miles away. Daysha returned my call rather fast and set an appointment up for me to bring my car in The dealership is close to my home. It's about 6 miles away. Daysha returned my call rather fast and set an appointment up for me to bring my car in for repairs. It took 1 hr and the service department called me up saying they were going to have to wait for some parts and it was Labor Day weekend. So they gave me a loaner vehicle. Service called me Tuesday late morning explaining the issues they fixed and said my car was ready. They also helped me set up for On-Star too! Overall it was an awesome experience and I'm glad I joined the GM family when I bought my Buick Encore! More

Service Mishap I had a problem with oil leaking after I had my car in for an oil change and tire rotation last week; after I left a message with them about it, they I had a problem with oil leaking after I had my car in for an oil change and tire rotation last week; after I left a message with them about it, they returned my call the next day and had me bring it in to check out the problem. Thankfully it was just oil residue and not any other problem, so they cleaned it up as good as possible and assured me it would be fine. Thank you Sunset! More
