They me low milage SUV with a bad transmission. Which in return it is costing me 2100 to get fix..Mind they had my vehicle for a week and all they did is reset the sensor. More

Carolyn, Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear you are not pleased with your recent experience. According to our records, the vehicle had gone through and passed our reconditioning process and safety inspection prior to purchase. We were unable to duplicate the check engine light concern after scanning, road testing and following procedures for this type of concern on your last service visit. There was no reason to reset the sensor as there was no light on. This was a very difficult decision for us to make and was only implemented to help offset a very small portion of the large fees we incurred when allowing the use of credit cards. The option to pay with a debit card or cash is available and does not impose a fee. If you would like to change the method of payment let me know and I will get it changed for you. Thank you for your feedback, it is very much appreciated. The care of our clients is of the utmost importance to us, and we do everything we can to accommodate everyone in every way. Unfortunately, due to the massive nationwide vehicle shortage that the industry is currently facing we have had to cut down our loaner fleet due to no availability of cars. This is effecting everyone, especially those that require a loaner vehicle with their service visit. Hopefully this industry shortage will correct itself by year end and we can receive enough vehicles to have our usual size loaner fleet.
