Cadillac Escalade Service Great experience from the first call with our service advisor Chad. Our car had a check engine light on and we called looking to set up an appointment Great experience from the first call with our service advisor Chad. Our car had a check engine light on and we called looking to set up an appointment. Chad not only got us in the very next day, he sent us a car and picked up our Escalade. He kept us informed on the vehicle status and when completed dropped the car back at our home and picked up the loaner. They gave us a new Escalade as a loaner and Chad followed up to make sure all was well. Phillipe was the gentlemen who handled the pickup and drop off and was incredibly polite and a wonderful representative of the dealer. We highly recommend this service department at Sunset Cadillac of Bradenton. More
