She is so pleasant and always gives me good advice when I need service. My recent experience with Theresa in the body shop was equally satisfactory. She was so helpful from start to finish. I aways wait for my car when have routine service, but obviously, I could not wait for body work, and Theresa was so helpful in arranging a ride to Enterprise so that I could rent a car. More

I have a 2014 Cadillac SRX and My HMI module. went bad due a water leaking from the sunroof. I fixed the leak and I got a used HMI from Ebay (The same part number) That it was belong to a Cadill went bad due a water leaking from the sunroof. I fixed the leak and I got a used HMI from Ebay (The same part number) That it was belong to a Cadillac Escalade with different Vin Number. The part need to be reprogrammed (Change the pin number) and they told me that they can do it and it will cost me 230.00. I left the car at the dealer and they called me after about 4 hours to tell me that They can't do it because they don't have the right software to do it but I still have to pay the 230.00. I had to pay for nothing. I ended sending the unit to this place (White Automotive & Media Services) and they fix it for $99.00. More

Went in for recall. Car runnibg fine. Waited for the repair- rear toe link. Drove out of the lot, abs and stability llights came on right away. Car slowed to a stop. Car runnibg fine. Very bad experience dealing with this dealer. We had a power of attorney issue and when the error got caught my wife went into labor hours later. Due to being in the HOSPITAL I was not able to take care of the issue until we got out TWO days later. Had the sales man text me that morning saying if they didn't have the money by 2 o'clock they were selling to someone else. Well sorry SUNSET, my family is a little bit more important then getting a power of attorney issued fix right away. This dealer is unbelievable. More

Absolutely outstanding top notch service by Mike and the whole team! We called at 4pm about a used vehicle, they told us it was there and to come on down. They were genuine helped us through the process, got us an outstanding interest rate and stayed an hour passed closing time to get taken care of. If you’re in the market for a Cadillac or a used vehicle stop here first! I’ve purchased many new and used cars from dealerships in my life and this was hands down the absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had!!! More
