Just had the worst service experience ever. 5 hour wait, no loaner vehicle available, no food available except candy bars. Wanted to charge me 2 hours of Labor, about $250, to drop the bumper and replace d no loaner vehicle available, no food available except candy bars. Bob Bothmann was great to work with. No pressure, just cut to the chase on what I wanted. ( I think I visited him 4-5 times) I was actually shopping for a new Prius for my wife ( Our third) and she decide cut to the chase on what I wanted. Just purchased my brand new Tacoma Trd Pro, Mike Coltellino was very helfull and ensured i was fully satisfied before i sealed the deal.
