Back in October 2019, my Toyota lease was coming to an end and so I reached out to Ralston from whom I had gotten my previou Kudos to Ralston Dunn!! Back in October 2019, my Toyota lease was coming to an end and so I reached out to Ralston from whom I had gotten my previous lease. I found out that he was now with Sunrise Toyota so even though my loyalty lied elsewhere, I decided that he would be the best person to assist in finding me the ideal car. He was as usual very knowledgeable and friendly and did his best to fulfill my requirements and budget. Now, I can say that my experience with Ralston continues to be first-rate. I totally trust that his aim is customer satisfaction and this he truly wins at… as a result he would always have repeat customers! The dealership at Sunrise Toyota is also very professional and very informative. There was no pressure. Customer service the way it should be! OMG I have NEVER had such a GOOD experience with a new car dealer's service department!!!! Especially since I didn't buy the car from them. I had a minor front end accident with a 2017 Prius prime. When I got my car back from the body shop I had All kinds of issues with the computer. The dashboard lights was going nuts. Thank god the body shop brought it to Sunrise Toyota, they simply reset the computer and all seemed ok. Over the next several days the problem came back. Now here's where Sunrise really outshined itself. The body shop owner was hospitalized, so I took it upon myself to contact sunrise, Steve Gusmano in particular and explained my problem. I told them I was the owner of the car but not who paid for the computer reboot. They told me not to worry, bring the car in and the would take care of it, including providing a loaner. Almost a week later they found a short in a snap in connector. When I went too pickup my car, NO CHARGE.
