Customer service the way it should be! OMG I have NEVER had such a GOOD experience with a new car dealer's service department!!!! Especially since I didn't buy the car from them. I had a minor front end accident with a 2017 Prius prime. When I got my car back from the body shop I had All kinds of issues with the computer. The dashboard lights was going nuts. Thank god the body shop brought it to Sunrise Toyota, they simply reset the computer and all seemed ok. Over the next several days the problem came back. Now here's where Sunrise really outshined itself. The body shop owner was hospitalized, so I took it upon myself to contact sunrise, Steve Gusmano in particular and explained my problem. I told them I was the owner of the car but not who paid for the computer reboot. They told me not to worry, bring the car in and the would take care of it, including providing a loaner. Almost a week later they found a short in a snap in connector. When I went too pickup my car, NO CHARGE.
