Oil change was done fine, had to remind Shawn to scan check engine light. Tires were not rotated past two trips due to 'swelled' lug nuts that was not brought to my attention until I pointed it out. I traveled a significant distance to have them Line-X spray my new truck bed. When I got home I realized they sprayed material into my power tailgate locks and did not reinstall one bed bracket which is spray my new truck bed. When I got home I realized they sprayed material into my power tailgate locks and did not reinstall one bed bracket which is now missing. In addition they sprayed material onto my tailgate control module and wiring rendering it unserviceable. Very poor workmanship! Now I’m going to have to drive back and most likely argue to get some kind of satisfaction. So disappointing to end up with these issues on a brand new $100k truck! More
