Buying a new car can somewhat be an overwhelming, if not tedious, procedure. But who would have thought it would actually be such a pleasant one? Your Sales Consultant, Brian Gregg, is one in a million! tedious, procedure. But who would have thought it would actually be such a pleasant one? Your Sales Consultant, Brian Gregg, is one in a million! Talk about providing customer service! He is tenacious, interested, professional and willing to do what it takes to provide good, quality customer satisfaction. His lighthearted nature made me feel like I was in his home. I have been very pleased with the services rendered by your company. I greatly appreciate all of your efforts – especially the corporate philosophy which allows for the hiring, training and retention of such first class, efficient and effective personnel. More
Brian Gregg was the dealer who helped me purchase my pre-owned Honda Accord. He was knowledgable, friendly, and conducted himself in a way that allowed me to feel confident I wasn't about to be taken a pre-owned Honda Accord. He was knowledgable, friendly, and conducted himself in a way that allowed me to feel confident I wasn't about to be taken advantage of. The price I was given on my car was better than I had expected. I don't like dealing with "salesmen," but Brian was exceptional. More
Brian was very helpful and spent quite a bit of time trying to find the right financiang for me. When I am ready to buy I will be back to see him. I will always deal with Brian. No B.S. Just straight up integrity when working with Brian. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, and was actually the first salesperson who knew m integrity when working with Brian. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, and was actually the first salesperson who knew more than I did about the car I wanted. Looking forward to the new Explorer, and will certainly pay a visit to Mr. Gregg to get the best deal and great service. More
I really liked the sales person Brian. He not only went out of his way while I origianlly looking for a truck and ended up with a Fusion which I am in love with. I took my time looking and driving several out of his way while I origianlly looking for a truck and ended up with a Fusion which I am in love with. I took my time looking and driving several Fusions but knew when I found the one I wanted. Financing was easy and they called me back and got me a lower interest rate then originally quoted at time of sale. More
The salesman we worked with (Ben) was very helpful and tried very hard to make our deal happen. The transaction did not take all day. Will NEVER again go nor recommend this Deceptive Ford Dealership. They will not pay off your remaining balance on your trade which will resume to dinge your credit. Will call you a month after driving the Dealership. They will not pay off your remaining balance on your trade which will resume to dinge your credit. Will call you a month after driving the new car with the "bank wants more money dilema" and have no alternative but to keep the car and pay more out of your pocket PlEASE BE AWARE and avoid this Fraudulent Dealer that gives the whole Ford concept a bad name. By far one of the worst dealers in Southern CA More
Once again, it is that ignorant Kevin person, so called sales person. Had us go all the way down after confirming what we wanted. He had us walk all over back and forth and DID NOT have what we were aski sales person. Had us go all the way down after confirming what we wanted. He had us walk all over back and forth and DID NOT have what we were asking for. I as a ( MBA /MPM and Accoutant) cornered him more than once when he was trying to practive the little sales101 dialogue that he was taught during a crash course but failed it miserably. He was SO unprofessional and was SO frustrated that he was not able to play us well. He threw in words like " this is not a non-profit organization" &" you are trying to play games miss" what kind of sales / customer service would talk to their customers in that manner. Once again, I did put him in his place. The funnier part is that him and another stupid sales rep. that Kevin had called for help, came over and was worse than the first. We had been wanting to leave but he wanted us to stay finally, we told them that there was an add in the paper from Sunset Ford in Fontana advertising $15,000 off MSRP of all 2008 superduty. The idiots were not aware of the add and got frustrated when we demanded them to honor the add. That Tress cam back a nd said, ok..fine, we will honor it but we will be really hurting!! why the ^*(&)(*&)*) would you be hurting if it was an add in the papaer issued by YOUR dealerhsip idiot!!! NEVER EVER do business there no matter what kind of lies "incentives" thay pretend to provide. We will be meeting with the owner on Monday ( Dan Bruncati) and hopefully, he will take action because his dealerhsip's profit would soar if he gets rid of those idiots. More
After talking with Travis via email he assured me that he had the exact vehicle I was looking for in my exact price range. Upon arrival he gave us over to Kevin, who failed miserably to qualify us as leads. had the exact vehicle I was looking for in my exact price range. Upon arrival he gave us over to Kevin, who failed miserably to qualify us as leads. He didn't bother asking for any specifics and had us walk around the entire lot (front, back, and sides) to find everything that I wasn't looking for. He called Travis at least 4 times asking where the vehicle was that we were asking for. After 30 minutes of searching, calling, and walking, there was nothing. I decided (as a commissioned retail professional) to qualify myself for him and tell him exactly what I wanted and exactly what I did not want. He was then given a tip to show us 2 vehicles that had come in on trade, neither of which were even close to what I was looking for. We then made our way to the lobby where he disappeared for 10 minutes trying to find another vehicle. Again he came up empty handed but instead of telling us he would search other inventories or even offering to show us another vehicle he gave up, said that he had done his best, and was going to find a manager to speak with us. 15 minutes later there was no one. So I gave up and left, feeling that I had totally wasted 2 good hours of my life with someone who seemed to not know anything about anything that he had on the lot. Finally, after finding out that your customer is a sales professional with a higher ranking than you, don't treat them like ignorant customer who doesn't know how the business works. Be honest, just as I am honest when I talk to other professionals. More

Sunrise Ford (Fontana)Re: 2004 Ford F250 Vin # 1FTNF20S84EB88910
Purchased on 29 March 2004.

Dear Michelle, when I purchased this truck on the above date it had a steering problem (pulls to the left). I was assured that it was a small problem and it would be taken care of. I did not take possession of the vehicle until the next day to give your maintenance department a chance to correct the problem. The truck was returned to me on the 30th of March with a guarantee that the problem had been solved. Please see invoice # 584004, tag # T7477.

Needles to say the problem is still there. I have put 40 miles on the odometer and I have hated every single one of those miles. Having to fight the truck in order to keep it going straight is not a good driving experience, specially for a new vehicle. I will be bringing the truck in for this and other problems this coming Wednesday 6 April 2004.

Michelle, this truck was brought in to your shop from San Diego Ca. by one of your service representatives…on the open road. And in so doing has compromised the engine and transmission brake-in procedure. I am a maintenance director for a fleet of military aircraft with a degree in physics and aircraft technology, and so I know my way around mechanical equipment. By driving this vehicle on the open road at freeway speeds for two hours with over inflated tires (85-90 psi), I know the engine, the steel belts in the tires, and the transmission where over heated and the lifespan of these components have been severely shortened or the components damaged. Not to mention the muffler of the vehicle, it shows signs of over heating as is evident by the discoloration. There is also paint missing on the rear axle just aft of the muffler (evidence of very hot substance coming of the muffler onto the rear axle).

The truck is now making a very loud metallic noise coming from the engine compartment when it is first started after sitting for a few days. Not sure what this is but it does not sound good.

Michelle, I hope we can settle this between us so that I’m not forced to take further steps to satisfy this complaint. We can meet and talk, I am a civil and reasonable person…and I would very much like to recommend your dealership to friends and family.

Yours truly,
Robert Soto

More
