From the beginning, he was professional, responsive, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. What stood out the most was his persistence—he didn’t brush anything off or take shortcuts. He followed through, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made sure I felt confident in the repairs being done. Our salesman told us we were getting a rebate and we did not get a rebate. He overcharged us for financing. I asked him to call USAA for financing. He said he did and they were high. I called USAA, they also are my insurance company as well as my bank, to put insurance on the car and they offered me financing for lower than the dealer. They also offered me an extended warranty for less than half the price of the dealer. I tried for three days after the sale to talk to someone and no one returned my calls. Very dissatisfied. I would never reccomend this dealer for a purchase!
