I took my car to be serviced for a leveling issue. After sitting in the waiting area for 3 hours, I asked the lady at the desk if there was an update. She said someone was going to check on it. Twenty five minutes later I went back up to the desk and asked if there was an update. She was very exasperated with my question and told me I could go talk to Michael who was my person. I went to Michael who was on the phone and surfing the internet. When he got off the phone, he started using profanity and speaking very disparagingly about the customer he had just been on the phone with, not knowing I was standing behind him. I told him that it appeared my car was ready and I was just coming to check on it. He told me he had other stuff going on and he was going to get to it. Another several minutes passed and then he eventually brought my itemized service charges to the lady at the desk. The lady asked me to sign the top copy and never told me what ended up being wrong with my car or what the total was. I asked her what I was signing and she said just acknowledging the price. I asked her what ended up being wrong with it and she said she didn’t know and that she didn’t deal with that part of it. I asked her if it was normal for someone not to explain what ended up being wrong and she said that, no, that was unusual and usually they do explain it. I asked if someone could explain it to me just so I knew what was going on. She unhappily went and got the service manager and he was super nice and explained everything to me and thanked me for my business. I am terribly disappointed in the customer service and the fact that me inquiring about the issue they fixed was an inconvenience to them. I have been to Sunrise for service before and had the best experience. I would also say that it was the most seamless and efficient buying process when I bought my car but today was incredibly disappointing and for no real reason. More

My first time going to this location. I was running late for my appointment ,so I called the service department and they adjusted my appointment time.
