I'm actually not sure what my overall feeling is about my first experience with GMC Wolfchase! It's a LONG story unfortunately, but the short version is this: My car, which I only owned for 3 months (bought first experience with GMC Wolfchase! It's a LONG story unfortunately, but the short version is this: My car, which I only owned for 3 months (bought elsewhere) suddenly wouldn't start. It was towed there and Jonathan, the mechanic assigned to my Encore, informs me that I got "really bad gas" and the repairs were going to cost just under $1,000! I told him I thought it was the CPB board or the computer board and he insisted it was fine. I paid just under $1,000 and picked up my car a few days later. A week later car won't start again! Same sounds, same messages, etc. I pay another tow fee to them. They said it was the fuse board....which was on back order and they had my car 3 weeks almost! They did give me a loaner at no charge though. At this point I contacted Paul Baggett, the Service Manger, told him how rare it is these days to get bad gas and he actually agreed! I am pretty sure there was no bad gas situation at all! Fuse board finally replaced and I have my car back! 10 days later the same exact thing happened again! I had a nervous breakdown, called Paul and had it towed back there for the THIRD TIME! This time they finally got it right...or...so far so good (it hasn't been a full week since I have had it back)! What was wrong with it? Ummmm...the CPM board, which is what I insisted I thought it was and Jonathan insisted it was not. That pissed me off beyond anything I have ever felt! What I will say is that Paul Baggett, the service manager, promised he would “take care of me” and he did. He was more than fair at what he charged me, since they got it wrong twice! He didn’t have to take good care of me though and he definitely did! I give HIM five stars but my experience there only 3! At the end, the issue was what I told them I thought it was at the very beginning and the mechanic, Jonathan, insisted that wasn’t the issue...but it was. I expressed my concerns about Jonathan to Paul and asked that my car be assigned to a different mechanic the third time but that didn’t happen either, or so I'm assuming since it was Jonathan that called to tell me it was ready. Again, after two grueling months of extreme stress and having no vehicle some of that time, Paul REALLY stepped up and stayed true to his promise and that means a LOT! I do think that as the service manager, he needs to supervise his mechanics, especially in a situation like mine, where they kept getting it wrong! Also, Jonathan, according to their website, had just been there a few months so you would think there would be more supervision than there was. Also, they don't seem to think they need to apologize for anything! An apology for all the stress, frustration, tears, money spent, etc. goes a long way and feels much better to the customer than super cheery and acting so nonchalant over such a horrendous experience! As for Paul taking care of me as far as cost goes, I am extremely grateful! More

Fast and friendly. I went in with a deal that I wanted and walked out with a smile. The GMC Sierra is everything I wanted and the new diesel makes it that much better. Bought a GMC Yukon XL from ya'll back in 2004. I had it for 16 yrs. Loved it! Recently bought a 2017 Yukon. It's in great shape & I wanted to make sure it stays that way. HAIL DAMAGED SUVS Sunrise will sell you a undisclosed hail damaged SUV as a certified Preowned and not honor the CPO purchase contract a week later after the deal is done. It clearly had a GM warranty bl hail damaged SUV as a certified Preowned and not honor the CPO purchase contract a week later after the deal is done. It clearly had a GM warranty block on it which is visible to the dealership in the GM system. This car was in a significant hail storm in Louisiana according to GM corporate. Buyer beware. They are selling damaged cars as CPO. More
I purchased my vehicle here almost 3 yrs ago. So I took it there for regular maintenance. Took my vehicle in recently for an oil change, they stated I needed a part replaced , which with the labor costs ar it there for regular maintenance. Now my vehicle is leaking 2 different fluids (oil and transmission fluid) and I'm scared to drive it. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere to get fix and for my regular maintenance from now on! More
My service experience was awful and disrespectful of my time and business. I waited for 2 hours as my truck sat there with the service completed, because no one felt it was important to return my keys so t time and business. My business and time was obviously of no concern for this department. The service manager was unavailable for a comment and I have yet to receive a call back at my request, because of this incident. What makes it worse is that I was not the only person that this happened too. They gave someone else a free car wash because of their poor customer service. More
