Poor customer service. Did not get any feedback on status of my vehicle. Call several times to ask my service technician the status of my vehicle. He was never available to speak to me so l left several mess of my vehicle. Call several times to ask my service technician the status of my vehicle. He was never available to speak to me so l left several messages for him to call. Never received a callback. Had to drive to the dealership to speak with a manager, service manager wasn’t available so I asked to speak with any manager. Spoke with a sales manager who finally provided me with the status of my vehicle. You do not have to worry about me ever again using this dealership for service. More
Customer Service did not honor my GM rewards. But when I called they said they were supposed to. They have to choice to use them or not.
