Disappointed. “Complimentary 21 point inspection” noted with discrepancies and stated things were good that were not good. Hard to trust your work when you document inaccurately. Did you really change my oil? Did you reuse my old filter or did you use a new one? When you lie about one thing it’s hard to trust your word on other things. And really, $25 increase, $8.80 in supplies and $13 in labor, for an Oil Change vs 8 months ago. Outrageous! More
