Traded in my Yukon for a newer one, which was hard because I was attached to it. Took me a while to make the decision but I finally signed the papers. Didn’t get to take it home that day because they because I was attached to it. Took me a while to make the decision but I finally signed the papers. Didn’t get to take it home that day because they were doing an inspection on it and won’t be done until Monday. Received call next day it passed inspection and it was ready, so I picked it up. Transmission problems within a month. Called to see what they could do, they called back to tell me what I had already told them and recommended a replacement for 6500 and no other option. Since I took my vehicle that day, they charged me a diagnosis fee. I didn’t ask for a diagnosis. I just bought this truck here, as is, but the problem is that it was under false pretenses. It could not have passed an inspection a month before and all of a sudden it needs a new transmission. The paperwork is incorrect, the inside was not clean when I picked it up, and I regret doing business with them. I wish I could have my old Yukon back. More
