Left my 2020 F150 for service. On the way home checked my tire pressure. One tire was very low. They had told me I needed tires but didn't even check the pressure. They hadn't checked the fluid. I decided to Check the coolant. No coolant visible. Had to use a stick to find coolant level. Wonder if they actually changed the oil. More
I would like to share my experiences with you concerning my dealings with Sunbelt Ford Town -Albany, Ga. Probably a year ago my engine light came on so I took my truck to Ford Town to have a Catalytic Co my dealings with Sunbelt Ford Town -Albany, Ga. Probably a year ago my engine light came on so I took my truck to Ford Town to have a Catalytic Converter put on it. The engine light came back on after a week or so and then i took it back again and the light came back on. I have had several conversations with Gerald and Robert . They stated that the part is on back order however my engine light is still on and the issue has not been resolved. So my question is How long as a valued customer of Ford Town Albany because I have all of my services there gonna have to deal with this? I believe I have been patience long enough When I have services did I pay immediately without hesitation however it is very frustrating waiting and not knowing what it really is because the engine light is always on. Please help me in this matter. More
Highly disappointed! !! I scheduled for my 2013 Ford Fusion to be looked at with Alisha a week prior. I explained to her my keypad wasn't working correctly. I left my car !! Guess I'll carry my spare with me. The issue was not resolved. I mentioned to Will that my alarm would randomly go off. So it sat there for the alarm to go off without being called. Never the less, this was a horrible experience!! More

Purchase process was great 60 days later 3000 repair So of course they help assist with the purchase of the vehicle being a used 2016 Ford Explorer. It’s a magnificent vehicle, I traded my highlander in for it now I wish I hadn’t. I’ve had the ford since MARCH 6th 2020. And loved every minute of it. I wondered why I had put off buying a ford. Now even though I love ford I know there known for repairs. I mainly stick to Toyota or Honda, So when I bought this vehicle I paid for the premiere warranty for 2400, its the middle grade warranty. So lets back up and state the purchase date March 6th 2020. I have had this car for two months today. And during an oil change from an alternative company one I have used for years. They are kind enough to let me know I am leaking Freon from a hose. Flash forward to to the next day at ford and apparently I have a leaking hose and busted water pump. The total 2900. Now my warranty covers 2000 and I am left with really around 860.00 which I am still beyond upset about. AC work is suppose to be covered and because its a hose I have to front the whole bill. I wasn’t expecting a repair like this 2 months after purchase not to mention I feel like I got swindled. They then look at the vehicle and say well you’ve driven it under 5000 miles so they “reduce” the price to around 550. Plus I have to pay my deductible which is 100. So I am still looking at 650.00. And even though they are trying to be helpful I just cant believe 60 days into this glorious suv I am looking at this kind of repair. It made me wonder if they do the inspection on them at all? So they then call someone asking if they would cover any part of the amount. It was told to us that 50% of the 550 would be covered. So in the end I’m not 100% happy but I’m willing to accept a 350 repair vs the 900 that was given to me. Just be careful with your warranty’s make sure you know what your buying, don’t be me. Get the 360 inspection before you buy don’t rely on the dealership to do it for you. All in all they made it right so to speak, I just feel like that worked with me, with that being said if I wasn’t so upset I am not sure they would have worked as hard as they did (i give credit when credits due) and now I get a free rental for two days because it comes with my warranty. I’m really tight right now we are preparing to buy a house and need our money to pay closing costs. I am hoping this was just a fluke, and I can get some serious use out of the vehicle before another large repair comes our way. More
Unprofessional Service My initial experience was great. I did everything through text, phone, and fax. I was working with the salesman by the name of Derrick Andrews. I was going out of town and he got my vehicle to me and full of gas as well as clean as promised. Once I called to inform Mr. Andrews of the issues I found he promised me that he not sunbelt would see to my issues being resolved. So I had to pay out of pocket to get my windshield fix because I was afraid that the crack would eventually spread, I never received the extra set of keys that he claim the previous owner never brought to them but he promised that if she didn't that he knew of someone and I would have me an extra set of keys and the arm rest in the middle was jammed and he promised that would be fixed and none of this to this present day has been fixed. That was November of 2019 and here it is March 2020 and those issues except the antenna still remains unresolved. I contacted him for my oil change which he did take my vehicle to Albany to get it changed but if I had known that I had to pay for the oil change and that he would use my gas and not bring it back to me where it was when he got it then I would have just got it changed in Americus where I live. When he called and stated that DOCO wouldn't release them their check until the amount from GAP was paid, they had their money the next day, so why he couldn't fulfill his promises that I don't know. More
