First and last visit at Service dept. . to length to put in writing.. asked to talk to service mgr during my visit.. Surprise, not available.. I wouldn't go back. The money guy comes out to try to apply pressure, I walked away. Don't sign the paper without reworking the math when you get the breakdown. Even if you verbally agreed to a number out the door, check the numbers and do the math. More
