Randy and all of the service department are excellent! This Ford service center takes care of 3 vehicles for me, one for 21 years. I scheduled my '97 Ranger for an oil change/tire rotate and Randy checked This Ford service center takes care of 3 vehicles for me, one for 21 years. I scheduled my '97 Ranger for an oil change/tire rotate and Randy checked back in time and recommended a 4x4 service. I hadn't remembered one in years. When I brought in the truck, I mentioned a lugging issue when the heater was on. Randy checked and recommended a tune-up. The truck hadn't had one in awhile. Micah worked on the truck basically all day and it's running like a champ with 228,000 miles on it. No more lugging with the heater on. An additional plug from other visits: Dwayne, the service manager, has always been great to work with. More

It's because of the people at Summit Ford's Service Department, Dwayne Huntsman the manager, and the advisors Jay McKnight and now Randy Grubbs. They are like good doctors, they listen, give good advice and have been patient with me in understanding my explanations of real or perceived car problems. I am used to very high standards of (customer) service, among other things, which I once helped to improve in 50+ countries.
