While taking a trip to the West Coast we had a truck load of livestock and our truck went into limp mode. Transmission went out while on ski vacation. Had to leave my vehicle with Summit Ford to get fixed. A week later it was fixed, so I flew into the Denver airport. Would give a ZERO. Ordered a part told part could be pick up next day. Drove over pass in snow storm. No part. My 2018 f150 I love my 2018 f150. , I was just looking around at the newer f 150s , but wasn’t ready to buy for a few more years as I had a 2014 f150 that was i I love my 2018 f150. , I was just looking around at the newer f 150s , but wasn’t ready to buy for a few more years as I had a 2014 f150 that was in perfect running condition, and had never had a problem with , Scott House came out and I told him I was only looking and not purchasing anything at this time , he answered a few questions for me , and told me about the latest features on the 2018 , I took a test drive with Scott and loved the aluminum body and 10 speed , with the 3.5 eco boost, I had to have one after that ! After a few weeks I contacted Scott and told him to look out for a 2018 coming off of a lease , that had the options I wanted, Scott found me one fast ! And was very helpful and courteous, the thing I like the most about Scott was he didn’t push me into buying it , he let think about it for along time , answering all my questions, and at the end I have a great new truck , I absolutely love it !
