I was very nervous walking into a car dealership because of all the things people say about "car salesman", and my past experiances with other dealerships- but that wasn't the case at Sullivan Honda. I came to be a familiar face at Sullivan with my multiple visits in my search to find the right car. I was always greeted by all staff I came in contact with, and they all seemed genuinely curious about how my car buying experiance was going. I felt safe there. I wasn't stressed out when I had to go back. There were a few cars I turned down and Mike still put the same 100% into each car I selected. I'm the type of person who spends months researching all types of cars at various dealerships before making my final selection. I even returned after my purchase (to go over something I could have found in the manual) and ate my lunch outside on the picnic table since it was such a nice day. I was approached by another salesman and we talked about my car and got to know one another which was nice. I had already made a purchase. He didn't have to spend the time he did talking to me, but that's just how those guys are. Every customer matters at Sullivan Honda. And they are a great team.
