This is a follow up to my original review. I called on 5-20-2022 and spoke this time to Matthew in the service depart. I wanted a simple quote on plugs and wire, oil/trans/diff fluid changes I called on 5-20-2022 and spoke this time to Matthew in the service depart. I will never recommend this dealership and will warn everyone I can now. Thx for nothing. More
The dealership was clean and welcoming. They had hot coffee and espresso machine. Although my concern was grudgingly satisfied, I am still in the wrong according to the service manager. “It was not their fault and they do care about customer service. Not true. Drove from Gainesville to Ocala to pick up my daughter’s vehicle. It has been there for a few weeks due to issue getting parts. Left the dealership, got gas and the car wouldn’t start. Sullivan had it towed back. It was loose battery cables. They did not charge to tighten them but did for the tow. Service Dept never touched the battery, so they are not responsible for having to tow the car. We, as customer’s had to drive to and from Ocala twice, pay for gas and our time. I got the $90.95 refund but only because I had to act like an xxx. I worked 28 yrs in customer service and understand complete satisfaction. More
I have enjoyed having my vehicle fix at Sullivan Cadillac for a few years now, until recently that I needed them to honor a two year unlimited mile brake warranty. According to their own technician it appear for a few years now, until recently that I needed them to honor a two year unlimited mile brake warranty. According to their own technician it appears that the pads could be the problem. With less than 12000 miles they should not make noise. The dealer tried performing a repair by cutting the rotors but left the old pads in which should have been replaced. I basically drove off with my vehicle still not fixed. When I asked again that I wanted it fix I was told I would need to pay for a new break job totally ignoring the warranty. Both the service manager and the service advisor have refused to honor the Cadillac 2 year Warranty that I received in writing from the dealer. More
SULLIVAN Cadillac will let you die! Service department was supposed to give me a free inspection, but then charged me $115. I looked at the tire and it had a nail in it I called the dealership spoke with Jaime Daigle she said bring the car down they would either patch it or replace the tire she made sure they had one in stock. While it was their they rotated the tires and changed the oil. This service department is very professional and polite. I would purchase my next vehicle from this dealership.
