The staff was nice and helpful. Only complaint was the mechanic left black grease and dirt all over my light grey dash by the starter button. The service department personnel is good. Edwin is a pleasure to work with and Chuck is a very knowledgeable and helpful mechanic. The waiting area needs some updating, though. In my opinion, however, the management and sales staff are blatant thieves whom give car sales in general their slimy reputation. They tried to offer me a pittance for my car which after 1 day I have already been offered almost 5 times what they offered. They also tried to inflate the price of a car in their lot by claiming someone wanted the car - so much so they moved the car out of the lot and said someone was test driving it when it was stuck out of sight in the back. If I were to buy another Cadillac, which is unlikely after my repeated experience with this dealership's management, it will be in Orlando or Tampa, not from these clowns. More
