At day 59 or sometime before the oil pump stopped working. With no indication, no indicator light, no temperature change (I think the gauge was broken) the engine seized. I called Bob. Without hesitation, he said he would get me another car. I never heard from him again. I called and called, no response. What a slimy, jerk. More

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! 2 weeks after being sold a subaru impreza, the cam sensor failed. I called Bert and he had me bring up the car so it could be replaced. Well, 2 days later, it failed again. Called Bert and he said "Oh the mechanic must of just picked up the cam sensor off the counter. must have been the wrong one". Yeah probably out of one of the junk, mostly all totaled or savages cars that are everywhere. AWESOME! So i had to go back and have it replaced again. Then after having my mechanic check over the car, I was informed that the head gasket was leaking. I called Bert and he told me "Subaru head gaskets seep". I'M NOT AN IDIOT. They don't. Only thing that saved me in this horrible experience of the worst auto sales place, was that I bought the warranty. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! More

I was told to driveit for a week or so and attempt to getasticker again. After driving it for 2 weeks and 800 miles still no sticker because cat system still not ready. They said keep dring well 2300 milesand 2 noths later still no sticker catsystem still not ready. Bert wanted me to getanother rejection sticker,I refused. My father called and they hung up on him. I haveemailed Ma attorney general and theBBB. They havean f rating with bbb. All I want is my money and trade back. I will be sending them a 93a 30 day demand letter andwill be bringing car back. I bought a 2007 Subaru Forester and have had too many problems, do not buy a car. The initial price is great, but the quality of the work performed is poor at best. The front of the car was wrecked and the title was salvage, I knew this. The car rode OK so I decided to buy it. Problems? The week I took it home the AC stopped working, I brought the car back and they recharged it, it does not work still. The two fenders that were painted black turned a white color, brought the car back and they blamed the bad temperature in the garage, so they buffed it and it looked good for a few months, now they look horrible again. The paint on the front bumper is poor and the rain is actually washing the paint away and it looks horrible, so I bought a car bra to hide the heinous job they did. The paint on the roof is peeling off and rusting. Within 2 months of purchase, I was told I needed a new drive shaft, and my mechanic mentioned how it was broken as a result of an ACCIDENT, this was 1,000$. I also needed the front struts and strut mounts replaced, and upon inspection my mechanic mentioned how the parts looked like they were taken off a JUNK car, which matches perfectly with this place because they take "good" parts off crappy cars and pass it off as acceptable, this cost $500, now 6 months later and rear struts and strut mounts need replacing, (another $500) and now their is a gasket oil leak that will cost $2,000 to fix because they need to take the motor out to fix it, and they need to replace other parts like the timing belt, water pump as a result of this, even though supposedly these things were replaced before I even thought the car. Now at 6 months, and 8,000 miles later I am taking a huge loss and getting rid of this piece of crap. DO NOT BUY A CAR THERE! Yes, the price is good, but you will pay more in the end. More

I spoke with Bert,viewed the vehicle online and agreed on a price.I had to call 5-6 times just to see when the car would be ready .Meanwhile,there was a price increase of $500 and the car would be ready in 1 a price.I had to call 5-6 times just to see when the car would be ready .Meanwhile,there was a price increase of $500 and the car would be ready in 1 week.I waited and waited,was told lies repeatedly.It was delivered to me filthy,rusted,and unable to pass inspection.He paid for the car to be detailed.However,I had to bring It back twice more to get it inspected .After another $3,000 of work it has never passed again.I had to purchase another vehicle after 10 months.Plus all tickets I recieved for not having an inspection sticker.Oh, they have ignoredy phone calls for the past 4 months.I do not think this is the place to go,ever,ever! More
