Very Helpful & Accomodating I worked very closely with Zack & Brian for about two weeks during the "in-person" research phase of purchasing/leasing a new vehicle. Over that two I worked very closely with Zack & Brian for about two weeks during the "in-person" research phase of purchasing/leasing a new vehicle. Over that two week span, Zack & I went back and forth discussing all of the possible options, almost daily thru email & phone calls, when it came to the 2017/2018 CX-5 models. He always made sure to follow up with me, as soon as he could. When it was all said and done, I had a folder about an inch thick consisting of all of the purchasing considerations (about 6 different brands/models/etc), from my research. We all got a good laugh out of the giant folder when I pulled it out of my bag. The time came and I finally narrowed down the trim level, colors, & price range and I got in touch with Zack early on a Monday morning, and scheduled to stop by after work ~7pm. It was Monday night (~7pm) in the middle of a snow storm, and we finally got the ball rolling on the CX-5 process. Not only did Zack, Brian, & Charles stay late, we didn't leave until almost 10 pm, but they did everything they could to make the delivery happen that night. Zack hustled to get the car prepped & detailed, while I took care of the paperwork. The whole team executed the delivery with purpose and precision. In regards to the dealership itself, Suburban- Farmington won my business. I visited two other Mazda dealers on my search, and Suburban's dealership was the most pleasant experience from day one. It was pleasant due to the: the interactions with the people, the layout of the showroom floor, the cleanliness of the showroom cars, and even the service customer waiting area ...Also if you are a true Mazda fan, pay attention to ceilings of the service writer offices. Each office has a rotor on the ceiling, with three offices in total, a homage to the tri-rotor. That is a detail that is probably always overlooked, but was noticed and is pretty rad being a car guy myself. In conclusion, I will recommend Zack to future perspective Mazda owners. His dedication and purposeful actions towards the end goal did not go unnoticed. Regards, Mike More
