Mazen really went above and beyond in guiding me to find a car that was best for me and fit my expectations, and was extremely patient and worked with me to answer all my questions and concerns, and also helped me find a great deal that fit my budget as well. He was also super knowledgeable on the differences between models and really took the time to make sure that I understood the features of the car and the Mazda app and felt comfortable in it. Mazen also followed up with me after I leased the car to make sure that everything was going smoothly and let me know that I could reach out with questions at any time.
