My experience was not a good one. I didn't feel Mazen was energetic or concern about selling me a car. The vibe I received was a lack luster attempt. When I asked to sit in the car, he opened it from his desk and did not go over to the car to explain the features. I sat by myself to try to learn the many features of the car. If I'm going to pay my hard earned money I expect the curtesy of smiles, energy, and just caring to meet my needs. More
