Desiree is incredible and helped me secure my new CX-5, but also assisted my colleague wishing to get rid of her 2016 CX-5 and but my old CX-5 that I had leased. There were quite a few nuances involved in our situation, including my colleague living in a different state. Desiree communicated with both of us and provided information to each of us that allowed for simplification of a complex scenario. My colleague was able to drive up from Ohio and meet me at the dealership on the same day to work through our transactions in a reasonable amount of time. None of this would have been possible without Desiree providing exceptional customer service. More

My experience was not a good one. I didn't feel Mazen was energetic or concern about selling me a car. The vibe I received was a lack luster attempt.
