I am writing my second review here. I was worried about my car so I gave in at that time. I am posting it to make sure anyone else doesn't need to go through this. An advanced tip please read all the documents given by the dealership (not Mazda). First, I was given a car without the final inspection and was never told about it. It was a mistake from the sales person Zack. But, the service team accused me for doing a spot purchase and that's why the inspection got missed. Anyways, I found an initial inspection sheet in which they have checked the box for tire pressure set to recommended value (36 psi). But, the technician told me that they keep the tire pressure of 60 psi even though they document it otherwise. Second, I was getting an Airbag malfunction warning, when I went to the dealership, Dennis told me that it is happening because of the weight sensor. Later, I found out on the invoice that they ordered an airbag for my car. Basically, I was driving a car with a faulty airbag for 3 months, because that much time it took them to fix it. That too after I made several calls to the parts department to check if my part has been received. That's was lie number 2. Third, because I drove around 1500 mi on 60 psi pressure (who would check tire pressure on a brand new car) my hub developed some issues. It started vibrating above 55 mph. They said they have replaced a new part but the vibrations hasn't gone. I tried contacting their manager Lou but could never reach out to him. And, on multiple occasions was discouraged by the service team to talk to him. Fortunately, I found another dealership not too far from this one. More
