Jean is a great salesman. He's not pushy or overbearing, and truly shoots you straight. He's very courteous and would probably bend over backwards to please a customer. He even offered me some of his family's Puerta Rican food recipes after I mentioned my vacation there in the springtime. The dealership is beautiful. The sales manager (Winston) and the General Manager (Peter,if memory serves) were both glad to shake my hand and chat with me. The girl at the front desk, who was all of 5 feet tall, and so sweet that it made my teeth hurt. She hooked me up with a couple of cool bottles of water for the hour drive home. You'll understand why I mentioned her height if you visit. (Jean is 6'4" or so, and Winston is taller than that). Too bad my G35X won't break anytime soon... I'd like to buy another one there. Maybe I can talk my wive into an F or E. More

I called to ask how to link my ipod to my vehicle so that i can listen to all my music on my ipod service i have received from Jean Joseph in Sales. I was having trouble installing my usb cable and Jean Joseph offered to come out to my work during my lunch hour to help me install my ipod in my vehicle and show me how it works. I was extremely impressed. i have never received service from any company like i have from Infiniti of Novi. i also want to note that i would recommend purchasing an infiniti to anyone just based on service and their product. I havent been happier with my infiniti Fx35 and with the service department as well as Jean Joseph in Sales. More
