Jean is a great sales man, he is honest, curtoeous and responsive to your needs. They accomplished in one day what it took the other dealership a week to start. I worked with Charles and Winston who were exceptionally kind and helpful. Winston went the extra mile to verify information on my credit report that was not consistant with my actual history. Because of his effort, my interest rate was lowered by half. While I was working out the details of the deal, Jean-Joseph was excellent at keeping my 12 year old son entertained. My son is still talking about all of them. I have never had such a wonderful experience in a dealership. From the moment that I walked in, to the moment I drove off in my new vehicle, I was felt like someone that mattered, not just another peg on the board to meet their monthly quota. Was ready to trade in my current lease and was itching to do so before the full term had expired. Charles was exceptional in keeping in contact with me, responded to my emails with a high sense of urgency to the point where he even emailed me at 11pm in the evening to make sure I was ready to take delivery of my vehicle the following day. I myself work for a company that takes its customer service very seriously and Charles really makes it a priority to ensure you are taken care of with the best of service! I was able to trade in my lease 8 months early and Charles, Winston and Jean were able to work together to put me into a new G convertible which they found in southern Ohio, and I was able to take delivery 1 week after we started negotiations.
