The atmosphere of SFOT is different than other dealerships I've experienced. I honestly felt like they cared, even after my purchase. Even when there was a hiccup after only 9 days after my purchase SFOT reassured me and took the time to look into and correct the hiccup, no charge to me. Everyone says hello and I can honestly say so far it has been the best dealership experience I've ever had. Joe Grillo was super to work with. His easy going, totally positive attitude, made this purchase so fun and easy. Joe answered every question I had, and if he couldn't, he was assertive in getting me an answer.
