If you have any sense, do not go here for service. My car was in the freak august flood. I was told that it was going to take awhile to get fixed since there were so many cars brought in that week. However, I could never get in touch with Jim who was managing the flood vehicles. Never returned my calls or voicemails and the 3 times I left work early to go in, he wasn't there. His office had work orders all over the place and it appeared that he was keeping track of all the vehicles on a single word document...when I did finally speak to him in person he flat out lied to me about needing special tools to do the work. He also told me one week that all the parts were in and it was being worked on that week, 2 weeks later he says there are 15 cars in front of mine. I understood that it was going to take longer than usual, but I do not appreciate being lied to and taken as a fool. Everyone else there was polite and friendly but I will not have any service done there again. More

Would like to have my truck replaced with another of the like. I understand when mass producing vehicles there are sure to be bad batches. I am certain mine is one of them. I have no confidence in my truck and fear the safety of my family is in jeopardy if I take a short trip to the store or a road trip to Lake Michigan. I fear my truck will break down on a remote road and will leave us stranded as it has done in the short time I have owned the truck. We are fans of the Chrysler brand and would like to continue purchasing American vehicles, however it's in the dealers hands to escalate this matter and resolve this issue. I will take all measures to be heard. More
We were told our T&C van was repaired and finished. When I went to leave the dealership several error messages appeared on the dash. We only went for oil change and tire rotation. The service write up man said they needed to replace the ignition switch because it would not work with a new key fob. The ignition switch was working fine when I came in. After 3 more hours, the car was finally finished. When i got home i noticed the dashboard had not been replaced properly. It was very shoddy workmanship. The next morning the car would not start and had no power. This work was done on JUly 24. Needless to say I had a bad experience at Suburban Chrysler. I will not buy another car from this Dealership due to the poor service department. More
After 12 phone calls and two visits to the office no one will call me back or talk to me for 5 weeks? Why will no one call me back or respond to the numerous messages I have left on voice mails? I am simply trying to find out what happened to the residual of my canceled warranty that I canceled weeks ago. It appears that it did not reach the company for two more weeks (per the warranty co). No one at the dealership will return my calls (extremely rude and unprofessional) or talk to me. I just purchased another, of many, cars from Suburban but I and my associates are sure it will be the last of such purchased by ourselves and our family. I am really disgusted and about to become irate. Surely it can't be that much money that we are talking about. I hope someone will actually read this and help me. Theodore M. My overall rating & experience was excellent. Recently I had to have my 2008 Jeep Commander in for service on the Powertrain. I called and spoke with Dean on June 17th who told me to bring it in Recently I had to have my 2008 Jeep Commander in for service on the Powertrain. I called and spoke with Dean on June 17th who told me to bring it in and he also informed that I did have a lifetime powertrain warranty and was due for my 5 year inspection. As it turned out the problem was related to the powertrain which was covered. Dean also suggested other maintenance that should be done, which was very helpful. The next day I received a call from Dean indicating the problem and an estimated time that my vehicle would be ready. Well as it turns out there was a mix up in the parts which was the fault of the manufacturer that resulted in aonther part having to be ordered and my vehicle wouldn't be ready until early the next week. Not to worry as I was in a rental vehicle and the best part of the experience was that my rental was paid for the entire time (9 days) which was a huge burden lifted from me. I will continue to highly recommend Suburban CJD to anyone for service or sales. I find this dealership to be on of the best. Thanks to Dean the team at Suburban CJD I'm back on the road. More
