My experience shopping for a new car was wonderful. Joe Bellomo was very helpful and great to deal with. My 2 brothers have shopped there and recommended Joe and his dealership. Needless to say, they were right. I will continue to purchase all my vehicles from Suburban Jeep Dodge and Joe will be the one I will be seeing to do it. I am looking forward to seeing him later this year as I look to purchase or lease a new Ram 1500 Sport 4x4 Quad Cab. I am also impressed with the quality and styling (interior/exterior) of the new Dodge trucks and Jeep vehicles. I will be supporting them in the future. Robert was extremely well versed in his knowledge of programs that were designed to keep the vehicle in great shape as the years move forward. What I thought might be a "sales pitch" was great information and will save me from repair bills in the future. I can actually say that Robert made the "Buying experience" enjoyable and I can't beleve I'm saying this but "fun"!!His knowledge is second to none. The Dealership was clean, vibrant and had a good group of employees. Everyone was very friendly. The salesperson, Dane Taylor, was extremely helpful and you could tell he loved the Jeep product. After previously having an AWFUL experience buying my last car at a different dealership - I was skeptical buying again - but I was very surprised and happy to find that not all dealerships are like the last car at a different dealership - I was skeptical buying again - but I was very surprised and happy to find that not all dealerships are like the horrible one in my past. Jason was friendly, informative, not pushy and understanding. HE didn't make me feel as though I was crazy for needing what I needed and why. I felt comfortable and at ease when deciding on what car to drive, look at and then purchase. First I called him, asking about several different vehicles, for an hour or two - wanting to know the ins and outs of each and every one, plus of course the price and bottom line - he was great - so I knew that when I finally came in a few days later to buy - that he would again be very helpful. But...it wasn't just him - everyone seemed very nice and friendly. Even the other customers seemed happy. Good experience all around, just wish the weather was nicer. We have bought several cars from Dane Taylor followed him from Rochester Chrysler. Dane explained everything about the 200 and rode with us on a test drive. Joe was very helpful when I was looking for a new car. I told him what I wanted on the vehicle and he told me what packages I would be interested in. I am a recent college graduate with little credit and with the help of Joe and his manager, I was able to get the title of my Jeep Patriot in my name! Now, I have the opportunity to build my own credit. I was also able to trade in my old vehicle one month early because the Jeep dealership agreed to pay off my last month's payment, which was an added bonus. Joe contacted me a few times throughout the week and always kept me in the loop of things. It was an overall great experience at the Jeep Dealership in Troy. More

The salesperson was very friendly and willing to help us find the right car for us. He was able to find the specific car that we wanted and have it delivered within a few days. One thing that may have made our experience easier is if he would have given us a description and price list of the avaliable addons before we went in to sign the papers. It would have been helpful to have the information about Gap coverage and tire insurance ahead of time so that we could have thought about it and made an informed decision reguarding those products. We did not purchase any of these products. More
