This dealer went really out of there way to make sure I'm taken care of. Before I leased this new car I had some repair work to complete on my lease turn-in at another dealership which took them 2 days to co taken care of. Ralph went above and beyond as a new car salesman. My experience with Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Troy was second to none. I had very little time because of my work schedule and needed to have the deal ready to go when I arrived. I was also very specific with the vehicle I wanted and what I was willing to pay. Joe B was incredibly helpful and understanding of my situation and made certain that the transaction went smoothly. He ensured that not only did I have everything I needed on my end (such as reminding me to stop back home to get the title to my trade-in), he also coordinated the transaction from top to bottom with the dealership team to ensure that every single loose end was tied up and made sure that I was taken care of properly. Robert T assisted me with the paperwork when I arrived at the dealership and was both quick and thorough to expedite the process. All around a first class operation, and after being f’ed around by dealers in the past, the effort by both Joe and Robert and the entire Suburban was refreshing and I now have zero reasons to go any place else for my automotive needs. Joe (sales) was very courteous and helpful when I purchased my new vehicle. I knew exactly what I wanted so there wasn't much "sales" needed on his part but he did work with their estimating group to purchased my new vehicle. John (finance/warranty) went over warranty options and listened to me when I wanted to go a different route with it - he wasn't the "pushy" salesman which was refreshing. When I took delivery Joe went over the features of the car with me. Although I had already read up on the vehicle extensively he pointed out a few things I didn't know. He also sync'ed my phone with the UConnect system (which took about 26 seconds) and showed me how to use it. That was real nice because I would have had to park the car somewhere and figure it out myself before getting on the road. What's the first thing you do when you get in your new car? Call someone to tell them! Overall, it was a pleasant experience and went very smoothly. I would recommend this dealership. More

But without a doubt one of the most "Knowledgeable", "Connected", "Customer" and "Service Oriented" guys I've met in sales and as well in the automotive industry. Rob’s "combination" of people skills and sheer intelligence are a rare commodity and shouldn’t be taken for granted. Surely he’s with the right organization and it seems he’s definitely management material (if desired) and capable. Also, it’s evident that Rob possess the acumen to direct, train, motivate and assess sales personnel, and no doubt would be a tremendous compliment to the bottom line of your (or) any organization. And, my assessments are not a campaign to elect Rob to the management team but any successful organization should always be investigating additional methods to duplicate success. Compliments to senior management for recognizing a man of distinction and integrity but more importantly the accolades expressed in these comments do not speak to the experience availed during our adventures.
