We had a wonderful experience with Maria. We had two requests for content and one we did not want. She worked to find us a vehicle that met our requirements. He found one and did a dealer trade to get her into the vehicle - I didn't know this was possible until I talked to Bill. Bill made it easy for me to fax insurance info, and schedule a late evening pickup. The vehicle was washed & ready to be picked up on time. Paperwork with the Finance dept was quick and easy. They also explained the importance of the wheel and tire package, something I hadn't considered until recently. I definitely appreciate the time and effort they put forth in customer service. The price was what I had planned on and expected from information given from Bill prior to the purchase. I will buy from Suburban Chrylser Jeep Dodge again, and will contact Bill with my inquiries. I also plan to use Suburban for service since te customer service I received upon entering the dealership until I walked out the door was attentive and friendly. More

I felt like he listened to my needs and did not force or pressure me into anything I didn't want or need. I visited the dealership on a Saturday and met Bill. We went over my list of needs and wants and price constraints. Bill delivered on all fronts and I was driving my vehicle home the following Monday afternoon. The best part is the price Bill quoted me didn't change from the time he worked the deal to when I signed the paperwork with the finance manager. Extremely refreshing not to play games.
