I live across the state from this dealership, but I visited them because I saw online that they had a well-priced used vehicle that I had been searching for. OVERALL, I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH ROB RADZWIN. HE WAS A VERY HONEST MAN, WHO ANSWERED MY 1001 QUESTIONS. NOW I KNOW WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO PURCHASE A CAR. MY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AT CHRYSLER GOLLING, I WAS A VERY HONEST MAN, WHO ANSWERED MY 1001 QUESTIONS. NOW I KNOW WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO PURCHASE A CAR. MY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AT CHRYSLER GOLLING, IN BLOOMFIELD HILLS WAS TERRIBLE-IT MADE ME STOP LOOKING FOR A CAR FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS BECAUSE OF THE SALESMAN. AFTER PURCHASING MY CAR AT YOUR DEALERSHIP I WAS VERY HAPPY EVEN THOUGH AFTER THE FIRST DAY THERE WERE SOME LOOSE ENDS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN LOOKED OVER WITH THE CAR-SO THAT I WOULDNT HAVE HAD TO COME BACK ON MY OWN TIME AFTER THE PURCHASE OF THE CAR. I HAD TOO COME BACK AT LEAST 3 TIMES. THE CD PLAYER STOPPED WORKING AFTER THE FIRST DAY-HAD TO COME BACK BECAUSE THEY NEEDED TO UPGRADE THE SYSTEM,ALSO THE DECALS OFF THE CAR WERE MISSING. EVEN WITH THESE LITTLE LOOSE ENDS ROB RADZWIN DID MAKE IT A PLEASENT EXPERIENCE-HE EVEN ORDERED ME BRAND NEW DECALS(PLUS)! THE ONE THING OVERALL THAT I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH WAS THAT THE WINDSHIELD WAS CRACKED WHEN I PURCHASED THE CAR, AND I WAS PROMISED IT WOULD BE FIXED. I WAITED FOR A CALL DAILY TO COME IN AND FIX IT-NEVER RECEIVED THE CALL AND IN THE FIRST WEEK OF HAVING THE CAR-THE WINDSHIELD CRACKED MORE. HAD TO COME BACK A 3RD TIME- AND THIS TIME I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO PAY FOR A NEW WINDSHIELD OUT OF POCKET(EVEN THOUGH I WAS PROMISED IT WOULD BE FIXED)I WAS UPSET IN THIS CASE BECAUSE ANY OTHER CUSTOMER WOULD HAVE HAGGLED THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE CAR AT THE LEAST OF $500, AND THATS AT THE LEAST, AND TO SELL THE CAR I KNOW THE DEALERSHIP WOULD DROP THE PRICE IN ORDER TO SELL THE CAR. I DID NOT DO ANY OF THIS, SO AT THE LEAST I DID DESERVE TO GET MY WINDSHIELD TAKEN CARE OF. TO COMPLETE ALL OF THIS I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT YOUR SALESMAN ROB RADZWIN, WASD GREAT, AND IF I AM IN THE MARKET AGAIN, IN WHICH I WILL BE IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS-ROB RADWIN WOULD BE THE MAN I CAME TOO.
