On 11/11/11 went to see a vehicle. Salesman was abrupt and offensive. It is the FIRST dealership in which the salesperson has sat with me in the vehicle for a test drive. I said that I wanted to give a suggestion to the dealership, not him personally. I told Yancy (male) "Just a suggestion to the dealership, not you personally", "I have visited multiple dealerships and this is the very first one in which the salesperson sits with me in the car for the test drive". I explained that it gave me the impression of distrusting the customer and it made me a bit unease. Yancy said "Well, you might want to just steal the car and drive off with it"... I was SHOCKED at his offensive comment. And said "I cannot believe you said that" I told him that it there was no need for that comment and that they have a copy of my license anyway that should serve the purpose. He said "well, you can be a murderer or criminal, we don't know"... To make the matters even more strange then the salesman started arguing that they do pull a criminal record on every customer. - It did not make any sense because didn't he say "you could be a criminal or murderer"... If that was the case then they would have known I am not!!! I told him that is not possible to pull a criminal background check on someone without written consent... He was argumentative and very uneducated! I was beyond perplexed at his comments. I asked for a manager, the manager listed, but really never apologize for the salesman's out of place and plain offensive comments. Because of this completely shocklingly negative experience I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone! And it should be known to many others the way they disrespect customers. More

We happened on the car we purchased by chance, while test driving another car. With horrible scheduling conflicts, we had to test drive it separately, before having our mechanic check it out, which spread t driving another car. Jeff was incredibly patient, generous of time and helpful in providing us with all the information necessary to complete the transaction quickly when we were finally ready to make the purchase. We never felt as if we were being given the hard sell, and were really able to feel out the car with out alot of "noise" to distract us. The price of the car was more than fair, and we are very happy with the purchase, and the experience. We will happily refer people to this dealership and will return when we are ready for our next car. Thanks! More

Easiest car purchasing experience. Yancy and I had several conversations about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I had a million and two questions, and Yancy always answered them thoroughly.
