Scott Viau was very helpful, and was able to locate the Chrysler 200 Limited I wanted, with the options desired. Scott was doing fine, and I didn't find this added (soft) pressure necessary or desirable. Also, the wait time to close the deal (sign the paperwork), and the wait time to pick up the car a day or so later were rather long - maybe 30 minutes each time (small issue, room for improvement).
