I went to Suburban Chrysler Troy to compare and early lease termination with another Michigan dealer. The sales person (Joe Bellomo) matched the other dealerships price, but then asked what they could do lease termination with another Michigan dealer. I also got a fairly good deal from Brandon Stiltner on one of the "extras" they try to sell during the financial process, with no pressure to buy any of the extras. Joe gave an excellent overview of the Town & Country's newer features from my 2010 model, which made me feel very comfortable when driving out of the dealership. I normally spend 1/2 hour reading the owners manual in the parking lot before I leave, but Joe's explanation was sufficient. Overall a very good experience. More
