I needed a car, and had some special circumstances. A) I have bad credit due to a past period of unemployment and a home foreclosure and B) I have elderly relatives that I need to be able to get in and out have bad credit due to a past period of unemployment and a home foreclosure and B) I have elderly relatives that I need to be able to get in and out of the car, so the vehicle had to sit fairly high. The salesman I worked with was Rex Rousseau. I have been working in the auto industry for many years and would have known if he was lying to me about the car features or just trying to sell me something. He never did either, just worked with me to try to help me find a car. He was also very nice to my parents when they came to look at the vehicle and understood that if it didn't work for them, it was a deal-breaker. (Obviously, being rude to them or lying to me would also have been a deal-breaker). I left the dealership with a 2009 Dodge Journey - a much better car than I thought I could have under the circumstances. I am very happy with the car and with my experience at the dealership. I want to thank Rex and everyone else at the dealership who were so nice and helpful. More

I went to this dealership because it was a newer dealership.I like that it is not your high pressure sales team and that everyone was friendly.I appreciate the new format of a dealership. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Buying a car stresses most people out, including me. I did my homework and researched before I arrived. The reason I chose Suburban is because Bill made me feel very comfortable, did not insult my intelligence, and offered the best deal on the vehicle. He was kind, respectful, efficient, smart, and actually made the experience enjoyable. I honestly would have paid Bill $1,000 more instead of going to the other dealerships because he wasn't the "stereotypical sales guy" like many others out there. More
Very courteous staff. Rick kept me posted on next steps & timeframes for each step of the sale process. He checked inventory according to my requests, a test drive was offered, car features thoroughly exp & timeframes for each step of the sale process. Although it was a lengthy process, I was happy to complete the transaction in 1 evening. He even shared homemade oatmeal cookies he had brought from home. We had one hiccup on the value of my trade-in vehicle but it was resolved satisfactorily. The dealership provided a comfortable atmosphere & was neat/clean. Even though it was after closing time when my sale was completed, I did not feel as though I was being rushed through the process. More
