I have no complaints about my sales rep Jose Arbelaez's. He did as much as he could in a difficult situation. I was told my vehicle had all wheel drive and it turned out it only had front whee Arbelaez's. He did as much as he could in a difficult situation. I was told my vehicle had all wheel drive and it turned out it only had front wheel drive. They compensated me because I asked for 4 new tires not them volunteering them. Not only that but when you purchase a vehicle from this dealership they hold you captive for hours until they finally get around to the paper work. At one point I was placated by being told by the "manager" that he would go in and make sure I was the next person. There were only 2 of us left at that point and it was obvious I was next but he apprentley thought I wouldn't notice. This dealership needs to get it together as far as paper work. If someone needs to come back the next day then that's what should happen. Not 4 and 1/2 hours of waiting. Then the next day they were going to install my tires. I was assured that it would probably only take 1/2 hour...so like a fool I believed them - 2 and 1/2 hours later I was still there and the tires were still "on route!" The "manager" then suggested I take a car and go to work and come back later to pick up my car. At this point I was furious. They never should have allowed that - they should have volunteered to take me to work and bring my car to me. I spoke to Jose about this and he went out of his way to try and make a horrible experience better. Again I have no complaints about Jose - it's the dealership I would NEVER buy from or recommend to anyone. More

Went in to lease a Durango. They gave me 3 different prices and I had to settle on a Journey. When I went to sign the paper work, Karl in finance, said it would be $100 more than he orginally quoted me. prices and I had to settle on a Journey. I told him I wanted a Journey. A week later I went in because they said they had a Journey on the used car lot, when I went in Jim L shows me 3 minivans that were way over priced. I then called Karl to quote me a price on a Liberty, he never bothered to call me back. I call Karl 2 more times and left him messages, he still never returned my call. Do not deal with this dealership. They love to bait you in and then switch the car! More
When I decided I needed a new car I looked at Ford, GM, and Chrysler. I was driving a GM product. I was aware of the sales methods of all the dealers and found what I was looking for at Suburban Chrysler i and Chrysler. I was driving a GM product. I was aware of the sales methods of all the dealers and found what I was looking for at Suburban Chrysler in the down to earth responces from Joe Bellomo. There was no high pressure sales and Joe took the time to answer all the questions I had. It was like talking to a frend not a saleman who just wanted to make a sale.
