I bought a vehicle from Suburban over two years ago and had a great experience. I am not sure what has changed, but to me it seems that the dealership is not running smoothly now. Instead, I received another letter thanking me for calling and asking me to call back again, which I did. This time I left a message on the Sales Manager's (Tom Brown's) voice mail. I did not receive a call back. After a few days, I tried calling again and again left a message on Tom Brown's voice mail. I can only imagine that vehicles are selling so well, that they don't need me as a repeat customer. More

Jeff was a very friendly salesman. The detailers did a terrible job on the car, and Jeff made sure it was clean for me. He replaced the windshield for me, gave me $200 off for tires that weren't all that terrible job on the car, and Jeff made sure it was clean for me.
