After looking online for several weeks, I finally found a truck that was priced within my range and was ready to make a move on. I sent out a text to suburban Chrysler dodge in garden city Michigan and was swifty responded back to by a dealer named Dan Macdonald. Being that I lived an hour and a half away I had some questions about the condition of the vehicles body which I couldn't tell if they were major dents or just from the reflection of the sun. Dan went out and further inspected the truck and and got back to me quickly that it was just the reflection and told me it was in pristine condition. My wife and I decided to make the drive up and Dan told us it would be sitting out ready for our inspection and test drive. We pulled in the lot and parked right next to it. Got out and did a little walk around.. we walked towards the building and Dan came out and we had our introductions afterwards my wife and I used the restroom (long car ride up there,) after the bathroom break which he also offered us coffee and bottled water, we went out to the truck and he answered any questions we had and gave us the keys for the test drive. I kinda already knew I wanted the truck before we got there and the test drive confirmed it. It was everything the Dan had told me it would be through our text messages. We went in and decided to make the deal in which Dan went and gave out different price comparisons per different term loans and we decided on one that fit our monthly budget and now I am the owner of a pretty kick xxx truck. In closing I would just like to say that I hate buying a new vehicle. I hate pulling onto a lot and before I even get out of the car a salesman is already at your door waiting to slam you with a bunch of questions. Dan never made me feel this way. I was very comfortable with him and he let us control the pace throughout the whole sale. If a different vehicle is needed in the future I would definitely make the hour and a half drive back there to do business with him again and will definitely be referring him to any of my friends looking for a vehicle. Our young adult son is shopping for a good used car. Today he and my wife traveled to this dealership to check out a used car. I couldn't go because of other commitments but I was present via phone. The salesperson was helpful and got us to the vehicle we were interested in for a test drive. We were updated about the repairs that had been made. During the test drive a couple of issues were noted then we used our vehicle scanner. A significant fault was displayed. Back at the dealership the issues were explained then the sales manager came over. He didn't like questions being asked about the car and the services/repairs that were performed. He didn't like bringing up that the asking price of the vehicle was $1500 higher than the highest fair market price from Kelly Blue Book. He was utterly rude. Even the salesperson was visibly embarrassed by the managers behavior. We were told that the prices were not negotiable. Basically, shut up and take it as is or leave it. We left. The experience today followed every bad stereotype of a used car salesman, even to the point of wondering if the sales manager thought he could bully a woman and a young adult. Behavior one might expect from a third-rate used car lot but not from the used vehicle department of a reputable dealership. If you are looking for integrity and trustworthiness in a dealership, we would recommend looking elsewhere. More

I had two issues that were taken care of in a quick manner by both Veronica at the dealership (rotor replacement) and Katlin and Kyle at the collision shop (paint bubbling). All of them were friendly, professional and quick to respond to phone calls, setting up appointments and completing the repairs. I will definitely recommend this dealership and collision shop to family and friends. They have a great team who work together with the goal of keeping their customers happy. More
