The recall fixes took abou 31/2 hours. I was met by a man not wearing a mask. I had one on. He got his mask. I waited at the dealership during the repairs. I didn’t see staff members wearing masks. I’m 72 and wouldn’t have kept this appointment if I had known Covid precautions weren’t being followed. I hope the repairs were done accurately. How would I know? More
