This is my fifth Subaru, but the first one I've purchased from Subaru of Utica. On a friend's recommendation I asked to work with Mike Green. He was terrific! Once I chose a specific car, Mike and Brandon Jones did an excellent job of taking me through the financial process. I was treated with respect and as a person, not solely a customer. Our salesperson was knowledgeable AND listened to our preferences. This is the second Subaru Forester that he has sold me (and my third Forester), the first being the one I purchased during the pandemic preferences.
