Heather took great care of me and spent the time when she walked me through delivery inspection of my new STI, she made sure all question was answered to my satisfaction. As a customer, I take first impressions very seriously, and I had first visited an Subaru dealership in Tacoma they were not very customer caring which caused me to only leave. What prompted me to do business with Kirk was his immediate understanding of my criteria of visibility - it's so refreshing to be understood and not have to explain what I want in detail. He pointed out a couple of cars he thought would meet this criteria. The second car I sat in felt right so we took it out for a test drive. Kirk led us along the perfect scenic route to help me determine if the Crosstrek met my criteria. It was so pleasant working with Kirk, he listened and didn't offer up the sales pitches that I have come to expect when buying a car. Our time with him was more like spending time with a friend rather than the typical cars salesperson. My commute on day 1 with my "new" Subaru was everything I was looking for - I have been so nervous driving the freeway in the dark and rain - for the first time in a long time, I felt safe! More
